There will be 358 attached one and two story homes, targeted to the growing, active adult community of Las Vegas.  When the community was conceived the homes were designed as “sleek, glass heavy, desert contemporary style emphasizing natural light and indoor-outdoor living.” The overall plan and entitlements also included a 10,000 sq. ft clubhouse.
