TALUS VALLEY

Located in Southeast Reno, adjacent to the new Southeast Connector, this infill project is designed to allow for a mix of residential products from multi-family rental, townhomes to single-family detached and active adult.  With this multi-segmented design, Talus Valley should provide for attainable housing for the rapidly growing, yet housing constrained, Reno market.  The community also includes the potential for a number of schools along with significant open space and parks and neighborhood commercial.
